  1. Today one stone lost in 18 days. Is that sustainable? We'll have to see.

    But I've found it easy enough to cover a good breakfast, lunch and fruit snacks with my daily allowance, and then walk 3 miles in total across the day to earn a light supper. The 'darts count' always tells me how many Cs I've got left.

  2. Official weekly weigh-in today: Another 4.5 pounds lost since last Saturday. Total 15 pounds (over a stone!) in 19 days:
    5 pounds in 5 days to Saturday 15Aug
    5.5 pounds to 22Aug
    4.5 pounds to 29Aug

    Total of 6.8kg. So three quarter pounds a day on average, or a third of a kilogram.

    Time to consult my doctor about continui;ng to lose weght at this rate, though this suggests it is quite normal early on.
