Saturday update 15/8/20: 5 pounds lost since Monday when I wrote this blogpost
ReplyDeleteOfficial Saturday weigh-in 22 August 2020. ...drum roll...
ReplyDeleteAnother 5.5 pounds lost. That's 10.5 pounds down in not quite a fortnight.

Official weekly weigh-in today: Another 4.5 pounds lost since last Saturday. Total 15 pounds (over a stone!) in 19 days:
ReplyDelete5 pounds in 5 days to Saturday 15Aug
5.5 pounds to 22Aug
4.5 pounds to 29Aug
Total of 6.8kg. So three quarter pounds a day on average, or a third of a kilogram.
Time to consult my doctor about continui;ng to lose weght at this rate, though this suggests it is quite normal early on.
